S/he will build organizational capacity and capabilities, foster organiza- tional growth as appropriate, and ensure quality services and financial sustainability for the present and future. Following policies set by the Health Board and the busi- ness plan, will organize, direct, and coordinate health services provided at both facilities; will ensure that both facilities operate efficiently to provide quality primary health care to patients. This job is complex, demanding and requires the incumbent to keep up with advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic/treatment equip ment, information technology, numerous government health regulations, health insurance changes, and finance/ budget controls.
