We are dedicated to provide programs & opportunities in a comfortable, inviting Center for the adult community. Colville and its surrounding area require a community facility in which senior citizens can gather and participate in activities that support the development of the community and themselves. Such a center would create a hub for social, educational and physical enrichment as well as provide opportunities to particpate in activities that impact and engage all community members. Isolation and disengagement are serious threats to the well being of seniors, particularly those with low income and living in rural areas. Being independent, active, and social appear to be the keys to healthy aging with a higher self esteem and stronger feelings of connection with and usefulness in the community. The CCSC has purchased the land and is now focused on raising construction funds to build "The Hub".
