NorthEast Washington ALLIANCE Counseling Services Care Coordinator/ Adult Family Partner Primary responsibility is to provide Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) to individuals through the age of 20 who have intensive and complex mental health needs and their families located in Ferry or Lin- coln County. As a Care Coordinator you will facil- itate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings for youth/families and be responsible for lead- ing the team through WSe phases and activi ties during and outside of these meetings. As an Adult Family Partner you will act as a media- tor, facilitator, or pro- vide a "bridge" between families and community agencies. Successful applicants will need a Bachelor's Degree. Must be eligible for at least an Agency Affiliated Coun selor Certification with the WA State Department of Health. Two years of experience in direct treat ment of seriously emo- tionally disturbed youth and families is strongly preferred. Additionally the applicant will have a lived personal experience as a parent of a youth with complex behavioral needs. Position located in Republic, WA.
