NorthEast Washington ALLIANCE Counseling Services WISe Care Coordinator Primary responsibility is to provide Wraparound with Intensive Services (WMSe) to individuals through the age of 20 who have intensive and complex mental health needs and their families located in Stevens County As a Care Coordinator you will facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings for youth/families and be responsible for leading the team through WISe phases and activities during and outside of these meetings Successful applicants will need a Bachelor's Degree. Must be eligible for at least an Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification with the WA State Department of Health Two years of experience in direct treatment of seriously emotionally disturbed youth and families is strongly preferred.
